When will you ship my order?
Orders are typically sent out by Thursday. You should get an email confirmation when your order has been sent.

I made a mistake on my shipping address/my address details have changed!
Please shoot an email to with your order number and the correct details.

Will you stock (x) item?
Restock will depend on demand.

Will you sell these items at upcoming conventions?
There is no guarantee these items will be at future conventions so it’s best to purchase them now while they are available.

Please make (x) a print!
We may in the future, depending on demand! We also have a Redbubble with a few selected art available.

Why is shipping so expensive???
We ship from Australia. There have been multiple cases of missing orders in certain countries (such as Mexico and Canada) so those orders are automatically assigned tracked mailing. It will significantly reduce the chances of your order getting lost.

Can I combine orders?
Certainly. Please email with your order numbers and shipping difference will be refunded once orders have been sent.

My order has not arrived.
Australian orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

If your order has not arrived by then, please send an inquiry with your order number to and a replacement or refund will be arranged.

My order arrived damaged.
Please send a photo of the damaged product as well as your order number to and we can arrange to have a replacement sent or issue a full refund.

My order is incorrect/missing items.
Please contact us with your order number to and we will arrange a refund or replacement sent.
