When will you ship my order?
Orders are typically sent out by Friday. You should get an email confirmation when your order has been sent.

I made a mistake on my shipping address/my address details have changed!
Contact us immediately with your order number and the correct details to  lightning.strikes@outlook.com and we will update it, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched.

Will you stock (x) item?
Restock will depend on demand.

Will you sell these items at upcoming conventions?
There is no guarantee these items will be at future conventions so it’s best to purchase them now while they are available.

Please make (x) a print!
We may in the future, depending on demand! We also have a Redbubble with a few selected art available.

Why are shipping costs high?
Orders are shipped from Australia. Services have been suspended due to flight cancellations and government restrictions. The increased postage price includes tracking to ensure packages can be traced.

I can't find the tracking link on my order.
Please contact us with your order number to lightning.strikes@outlook.com and we can provide the details.

Can I combine orders?
Certainly. Please email the order numbers and the shipping difference will be refunded once orders have been sent.

My order has not arrived.

Australian orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.
